DELIVERY INFORMATION 

**FREE DELIVERY to the Nhulunbuy area (delivered same day or if order is made late in the afternoon, next day delivery)

Please allow extra time and at an earlier date when placing your order to avoid disappointment.

Little Yon Yon delivers throughout Australia. Delivery is not available on Sundays or on public holidays.  All items that can fit into an Express Bag without being damaged ie clothing, will be sent Express.  Other items will be sent through Australia Post as Registered Mail to ensure they arrive as quickly as possible. 

All Express Post orders should be received within 2 working days.

All Registered Post orders should be received within 7-10 working days.

Please ensure you have the correct address, and also a contact phone number.  Australia Post may deliver to your door, if you are not home they may try to deliver to you again, if you are still not home they will leave a slip for you, and you will need to pick up your parcel from their depot.

If you have any special delivery instructions please enter these comments in 'Your message' on check out.  If you would like you parcel left in a special place when your not home please advise us on check out in 'Your message', this will then give us permission to advise the courier to leave the parcel.

Little Yon Yon gives 100% guarantee that if products are damaged we will exchange them free of charge.
If you receive damaged goods, please contact Little Yon Yon - littleyonyon@live.com.au or phone within 1 day of receiving products via email or phone, returns to be sent within 7 days.
