What is your returns/exchange policy?

If for any reason you're unhappy with the items you receive, they can be returned for an exchange or refund. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in a reasonable time frame.

We can't accept seasonal items after the season has ended or sale items that are no longer stocked for change-of-mind.

We reserve the right to refuse a product that does not meet these requirements.

Unsuitable gifts can be exchanged for something more suitable.


How do I organise an exchange?

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, colour or something completely different we will do our best to make the process simple and easy for you.

Step 2

Exchanges: Your requested exchange items will be posted free of charge, along with a Reply Paid satchel to return the unwanted items. Exchange orders received before 1pm weekdays are shipped the same day.

Damaged / faulty items: The occurrence of transit damage or faulty items is very rare indeed. Should it occur we will minimise any inconvenience and work out the best possible solution on a case-by-case basis; replacement, refund, . . whatever works best for you.
